Rachel Arfa is a cofounder, director and principal of the AmElite Group. Through its member companies and partner firms, AmElite provides specialty advisory, brokerage, acquisition and related services to a select group of non-U.S. institutional investors and high net worth investor groups seeking to acquire or expand their U.S. real estate portfolios and related investments. Ms. Arfa was a corporate partner in the New York office of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, a leading international law firm where she chaired the Firm’s Asset Management Practice Group. She also served as the Chief Legal Officer and board member of Chancellor LGT Asset Management, a global investment management firm and was an attorney with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission. Ms. Arfa serves as a strategic advisor to several private technology holding companies and start-up companies. She also serves as a Trustee of the Israel Matz Foundation.
Ellen Corenswet is a Founding Partner of the New York office of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP. Ms. Corenswet’s experience includes representation of public and private companies in the Internet, software, biotech, medical device and healthcare services industries; representation of venture capitalists in early stage and follow-on financings; representation of issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings and follow-on offerings; merger and acquisitions transactions, and strategic alliances in domestic and international development and licensing agreements. Ms. Corenswet heads Brobeck’s Business & Technology Group practice in New York and for the East Coast. She is a Co-Chair of the Annual New York Venture Capital Conference.

Patricia A.M. Riley retired in June 2001 as Managing Director and Partner of Charterhouse Group International, Inc., a privately owned investment firm that has been actively acquiring and managing businesses in a wide range of industries since 1973. As one of the first firms established in the U.S. to invest institutional capital in private equity transactions, Charterhouse has completed over 80 transactions and currently manages $1.6 billion in equity capital through several limited partnerships. Over the course of her long career with Charterhouse, Ms. Riley worked on numerous transactions with companies in a wide range of industries including industrial products, consumer products and telecommunications.
Barbara Dalton Russell is a founder of The Bank Street Group, LLC and GH Venture Partners, LLC, an investment banking boutique and advisory business. Ms. Russell has over twenty years of new media/traditional media investment experience. Ms. Russell has raised significant amounts of capital for technology, media and financial services companies. Previously, Ms. Russell was head of the media and entertainment investment banking group at CIBC Oppenheimer. She has provided strategic advice to companies such as TCI, Liberty Media, Bertelsmann, and Reuters. Prior to that, Ms. Russell was an Institutional Investor-ranked media and entertainment securities analyst with Kidder Peabody and Prudential Securities. She serves on the boards of ThinkSheets, Inc. and Tritium Financial Services.

Sara Weinheimer is a General Partner at Mayfair Trading Partners, a private equity partnership she formed after leaving Goldman Sachs. Mayfairs investments are focused on early stage companies in the technology, media and telecommunications sectors, where she is actively involved as an advisor and director. Previously, Ms. Weinheimer worked for 12 years on Wall Street, at Citibank as a bond trader in the fixed income division, then at Goldman, Sachs & Co. as a vice president in the Fixed Income Division, trading derivative securities. Ms. Weinheimer is an Executive Board Member of She is also an advisor to Starting Point Venture Partners, a $25 million angel investment fund.
